1970's Womens Pattern
70s -Simplicity Pattern No. 9409- Womens hi-hugger bell-bottom pants, flare shorts, midriff top and halter top. The midriff top with elastic casing at lower edge features ruffles made of lace edging. The halter top has cord slipped thru neckline casing. The hip-hugger bell-bottom pants with front button fly closing are made to be worn 1.25in below normal waistline. The flare shorts have back zipper.
