1976 -Simplicity Pattern No.7385- Womens sewing pattern for dress or top and pants in half-sizes. Look Slimmer. The top-stitched dress or top gathered to inset has back zipper, front slit opening at high round neckline, collar and short set-in sleeves with turn back cuffs gathered to armholes. The dress with pockets concealed in side seams may be worn with or without self tie belt. The pants with back zipper have elastic waistline casing. Pattern has been cut.
