Late 70s or early 80s -Steppin Out- Womens rose and burgundy polyester, acetate and rayon sleeveless floor length cocktail or prom dress. Empire waist with a velveteen bodice accented at the neck and on the back with white sequins and sparkling threads, shoulder straps with ties at the back of the neck, and open back and lower zip closure. There is a tiny bit of thread pull, just below the empire waist in front, barely visible.
