1960's Boys Pattern

c.1960 -Simplicity Pattern No. 4964- Boys sewing pattern for Boys Shirt With Convertible Cuff. Shirt has back yoke with a forward shoulder seam. Sleeves are set-in and there are flat fell seams for armholes and side seams. Shirt button closes at front and has a straight lower edge. There is a pocket at the upper left side. Collar may be buttoned down. V. 1. features longsleeves with cuffs, which may fasten with cuff-links or be buttoned. The collar edges have top-stitching. V. 2 sleeves are short. Pattern has been cut. (envelope is lightly toned, has 3 tiny tears)
