1920's Womens Pattern

c.1890s style (made in 2000s) -Butterick Pattern No. B4418- Womens sewing pattern for misses blouse and sash. Loose-fitting blouse has collar, front neck gathers, sleeve variations, button back and purchased trim. A - long, self-lined sleeves with upper and under sleeve seams, forming slits. B - upper sleeve is gathered and has loop and purchased lace trim. A, B, D - purchased lace trim, forming sleeve ruffles. C, D - sleeves with upper and lower sections have stay and stitched tucks. D - contrast upper sleeve sections. Pattern contains 4 sizes. Pattern never used.
