80s -Bedford Fair- Womens navy, blended cotton, sleeveless dress, that has deep armholes and white top stitching Side openings, with three silver tone buttons, extend 9.0in below the armhole base and have a heraldic face motif. A center front matching button fastens a tab below the neckline, adding eye interest. The collar is a wide deep Sailor style in back, but is rounded and tapers to the center front.
