70s -Kay Windsor- Womens bright navy, polyester knit, long sleeve dress having dual white top stitch detailing shoulder, sleeve, and belt seams. Navy and white make up the hounds tooth pattern used on slip in pocket underside, belt, turn back cuffs and inner collar and front area. dress front has an exposed white zipper close, with a round pull.
