1960's Womens/Childs Sewing Pattern

60s -Simplicity Pattern No. 5477- Childs one-piece dress and cape: Dress features side front sections with pleat at lower edge of side front seams. A two piece collar finished the high round neckline. Shaped belt crosses at center back. Back button closing and button trim on dress front. The cape is lined with openings in side front seams and has back shoulder darts. Cape fastens at neckline with button and thread loop.
