1980's Womens Dress

80s -Willi- Womens sunny yellow bended cotton, dress, closing with 9 small and shiny front buttons. Cuffed sleeves are three quarter length, with topstitched shoulder welts extending into the cap and detailed with 4 buttons. All topstitching is in black, including the fold over rounded collar, front band, and chest pocket. Black belt is held by side thread carriers, has a stretchy center, and is finished with black patton on both ends and the buckle. Shoulders have pads, held by thread tacks only.
