1960's Womens Party Dress

60s -Union Label- Womens floor length, mint green dotted swiss, semi sheer, over yellow acetate, fabric. The dress skirt gathers to a 3.0in band and the bodice gathers into the upper seam of it also. The V shaped neckline is finished with a fold over lace trimmed collar and center jabot, with the collar having white dotted swiss fabric. Set in longsleeves gather to the armhole and flow to lace trimmed cuffs, also in white. Ties extend from each side seam and may be bow tied over the center back zipper.
