50s -Suzy Perette- Womens designer shaded red floral jacquard print mid length cocktail dress. There is so much going on here its hard to start! The daring deep boat neckline has shelf seaming with bow accent just above double darted bust line. Diamond cut seaming at arm that falls to taper cut three quarter length sleeves. Back zip closure, matching adjustable d-ring belt at empire waistline that falls to deep knife pleated full skirt. Dress still has original armpit liners - they are a pinch stiff and now that we can dry clean easily it might be best to remove them. Belt shows wear at buckle.

50s style (made in 70s) -I.Magnin- Womens mid-length dress having a surplice front, with a hook closing, at the waist. Scallops add eye interest to the wide white collar, that notches into wide lapels. Matching white bands finish the short sleeves and each of the two front patch pockets. A center front short zipper extends from the waist seam and is concealed between the two front pleats, with gathers to each side. Navy and white are used in the all over pattern that features circles, dots, and star shaped flowers. This blended cotton garment measures 40in from shoulder to hem. Such a fun dress -- looks like a 50s diner waitress would wear.
