The skirt has an elastic shaped back waist and band front, with pleats 7.50in below. It has a side zipper and hook on the waistband. The round neckline has a bias bound edge and white pearlescent buttons, within a gold surround, closing the front. Each shoulder seam has a pleat extending from it. Both skirt and top has a geometric border design. Pads are tacked into each of the shoulder, but are easily removed. The skirt measures 31in from waist to hem and the top 27in overall.
