What is your Return Policy
Returns for Refund:
We want you to be happy with your purchases. We accept returns for any reason so long as they are postmarked within 15 days of the day you receive your order. Your credit card will be credited within 15 days of receipt of your return & you will receive an email notifying you that your card has been credited. Returns exceeding $200 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges:
If you prefer to exchange an item please submit an order immediately to reserve the item & indicate in the comments that you would like it shipped in exchange for an item you are returning. Please include a note in your return that you are exchanging for this item. If you're in a hurry to receive the item, it's probably better to just submit it as an order & send your return for a credit card refund.

While we're not actively seeking to buy additional inventory at this time (our 5,500 sq foot warehouse is just about full!), we do occasionally buy lots of 50+ items. We do require that all items be in flawless condition (no visible tears, holes, stains or missing buttons).

How much is shipping?
Shipping options, delivery times & costs will be displayed in your cart.
We offer US shipping via Postal Service, UPS Ground, 2nd day or Overnight.
We ship most to places worldwide - International orders are shipped via US Airmail, Priority Mail, or UPS Express.
Shipping costs vary according to the size of your order. When placing your order, you will have an opportunity to select your ship to country & view our calculated rates.

Overnight & 2nd Day Shipping?
Sure - we ship via UPS Express to the 48 contiguous US states! UPS orders placed before 12pm PST Mon-Friday will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 12pm PST Mon-Friday will be shipped the following business day.
Simply select 2nd Day or Overnight at checkout. Rates will be displayed as you add items to your cart.

Do you only accept credit cards?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal and Google Checkout. If you prefer to phone in your credit card information, please place your order first via our website & select "Phone in Credit Card" as your payment method. Sorry, we not accept checks or money orders at this time.

Do you have a catalog?
Because our inventory is made up of one of a kind items that disappear quickly, it wouldn't be feasible for us to print a catalog. All of our inventory is available to view & order on our web site. If you haven't already, be sure to sign up for our mailing list. You'll receive an email the minute new stuff is added to our site.
