1940's Womens Dress
40s -Nicolas Ungar- Womens blended cotton shades of navy dress, with dome shaped brass buttons closing the front and the cuffs of the three quarter set in sleeves. Darts shape the bodice and a slip in pocket details the upper left side front. Darts also shape the midsection of the skirt. A matching fabric belt is held with side thread carriers. Center front has a decorative fold continuing down the skirt. There is a 5.0in closed ease pleat at the center back hem edge. The pattern is circular, with Folk art motif, with two chickens, inside. The garment measures 44in from the shoulder to the hem.
