1960's Womens Cocktail Dress
60s -Union Label- Womens blended silk three piece outfit, with the one piece dress having the attached scoop neck sleeveless bodice is constructed with green sheer fabric and the skirt extending from the raised midsection seam. With the upper 2.0in stitched down pleats open and provide soft ease to the midsection, and has a back zipper closing. The garment measures 41.50in from the shoulder to the hem. The short sleeve top has matching fabric covered buttons fastening in the bound buttonholes, wide, rounded, scooped neckline, French dart shaping. It measures 15.25in from shoulder to hem. Matching jacket has 1.0in buttons, in front wide fold over collar that notches into wide high lapels. Inside is lined with spruce colored crepe fabric. The green in the fabric is almost irredescent and has a raised foliage pattern having a blue fiber woven in and appears to change color, depending on the light. Very striking outfit.
