70s -De Lux Fashions- Womens dark denim blue floral print cotton summer top/swimsuit top. Straps tie at back neck to create halter look. Smocking in back to fit tight. Apron-like front panel modestly conceals midriff but cuts upward in back to expose back. Trimmed with white eyelet lace. Bodice very lightly padded.
